Life Skills program for the students of Loyola College and other underprivileged sections of the society. They organized a program called “Hridaya Yathra” a one-day experiential learning program for the SC/ST students of Model Residential School (MRS), Kattela.
In The State Institute of Educational Management and Training- Kerala (SIEMAT-Kerala), our Team handled the sessions on Interpersonal relationships, Team Building, Effective Communication, Innovation, Creativity, and Lateral Thinking training for leaders in the educational sector including the heads of the institutions, educational officers, parents, LSG members, administrative staff, special school functionaries and so on. SIEMAT-Kerala is an autonomous institution established under the Department of General Education in tune with the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration, New Delhi (NIEPA) for imparting educational management training to the stakeholders in the education sector in the state of Kerala.
In collaboration with Loyola we provided an Ice-breaking session for the first-year students of Digital University Kerala.
Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS), a major national program in India that aims to improve the health, nutrition, and education of children up to age 6, pregnant and lactating mothers, and women ages 16–44. Our Director and staff led many sessions on Mental Health, Leadership, and Know the Child for the workers and helpers in Trivandrum District.
In association with Trivandrum Social Service Society we provided training programs on the topics of Women's Empowerment, Adolescent Possibilities, and Challenges, Anti-drug campaigns, and sessions for the Elderly.
We provided State, District, School, and College Level Leadership Training programs for the volunteers of Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, and Kottayam districts.
We provided State, District, and School Level Leadership Training programs for the SPC cadets.
Our trainers led the session for the police officials on Empathy, Childfriendly Police Station, Team building, and Interpersonal Relationships.
HOPE is an educational support Project that helps students who have dropped out of school or failed to achieve their 10th and 12th Std academic qualifications. The project also helps children complete their primary education through vocational training and language learning and ensures their role and dignity in the community and family. We provided many motivational classes for the students to achieve more.
We provided sessions for the elderly with the support of Kallikkad Grama panchayat, Trivandrum.
We provided exam and career-oriented motivational sessions for the Higher Secondary, High School, and UP session students with the support of Alappad Grama panchayat, Kollam.
We provided a session on Leadership and teambuilding sessions for the students at Nemom Block Panchayat, Trivandrum District.
Our Responsibility to Children (ORC) is an innovative initiative of the Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS), Kerala, under the Department of Women and Child Development. ORC identifies and scientifically addresses deviancies and other vulnerabilities of children and integrates them into the social mainstream through enhancing life skills, nurturing strengths, addressing risks, and promoting mentoring and good parenting. Our Director and staff took sessions under the initiative of SMART-40 in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Alappuzha, Kottayam, and Kasaragod. Our Team also provided their expertise to prepare the Training Modules, ToT program, Mentoring programs, and ORC Book Preparation.
APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU) is a state public technological university headquartered in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. It is a relatively new and reformed technological university, with its first batch enrolled in the academic year 2015-16. We provided a half-day workshop on effective communication, problem-solving, and Decision Making. The Participants were the principals and senior staff of engineering colleges registered under KTU.
Exponentia is an initiative that catalyzes exponential skill development, fostering resilient relationships, and inspiring personal growth in India's vibrant youth. We trainers supported Two residential training programs on Leadership. The first training was at LES Sreekaryam and the second training was at Mohandas Engineering College, Nedumangad.
The Adolescent Counseling and Health Care Programme (Sourida) is a unique, novel, and innovative program conceived and launched by the Department of Higher. The Souhrida Club initiated in 2014 assures a platform for the students to express their problems frankly. The aim is to improve the physical, academic, social, and interpersonal skills of students and lead them towards a successful adulthood. Adolescent counseling and health care programs embody the essence of the club.
It is a social initiative of ESAF Bank, which focuses on developing children of marginalized communities through time-tested integrated programs. The project envisions a child-friendly society, where children are empowered to advocate for their rights and contribute to nation-building. It aims at a holistic transformation of children by instilling in them knowledge and skills that could create a better community. The project provides children with a team of facilitators who not only enable them to excel in academics but also equip them with essential life skills and train them to learn about their rights. Children have the opportunity to meet at study centers where they can learn and clarify doubts with the help of their facilitator and the learning aids provided through the project. Balajyothi clubs are formed to facilitate poor children getting access to standard club facilities and the project activities mainly concentrate on two aspects: Clubs and Study Centres. We have prepared a year-long module for the Balajyoti Club so that they do not have any doubt about what training should be done each month for the welfare of its club students. We also conducted various training programs for adolescent children and the elderly.
We associated with Malankara Social Service Society to conduct training programs for the adolescents and youth in Trivandrum, Kollam, and Pathanamthitta on the dangers of drugs and their impact on youth and the Nation. Media reports have revealed that there is an increase in substance abuse among adolescents who have been caught in criminal acts. The current generation of drug addicts are children who are attracted to drugs between the ages of nine and twelve. God’s own country, has become a hub of liquor shops and drugs. These drug stalls and drug stores are available near schools and educational institutions. We provided Training workshops at the School and college levels of Trivandrum, Kollam, and Pathanamthitta Districts. We also helped to organize a ToT program followed by various training programs with the support of Trainers who attended the training.
